Do You Offer Out-of-Hours Service?
Certainly. Many businesses opt for our services during nighttime hours to prevent disruptions during their operational day.
Will I Receive a Report and Certificate?
Upon completion, you will be provided with a comprehensive report detailing each test performed and the location of the tested item. This can also assist with inventory management. Additionally, a certificate will be provided. Both documents are available in PDF format, with the option for physical copies at an additional charge.
What Equipment Do You Utilize?
We employ the most current and advanced equipment, specifically the Seaward Apollo 600.
Are Your Machines Calibrated Regularly?
Absolutely. All our machines undergo regular calibration, and we can provide calibration certificates upon request.
Will You Shut Down Our Server?
Typically, no. The majority of our clients prefer visual inspections of servers to mitigate potential data loss. However, comprehensive testing can be conducted if deemed necessary.
Are You Insured?
Yes, all our personnel are comprehensively insured, including coverage of up to 2 million in public liability insurance.
What Happens if an Item Fails?
Should an item fail during testing, it will be taken out of service (unless it's essential for the day's operations), labeled accordingly, and the relevant individual will be informed.
Will There Be Any Mess Left Behind?
Rest assured, we always ensure that the workspace is left in the same or better condition than we found it.
If I Have a PC, How Many Tests Does That Involve?
A standard PC undergoes four tests. This includes testing the PC itself, the monitor, and the two IEC leads connecting them to the power outlet.
